This is to inform all affiliated Study Centers, registered students, employer organizations, and verifying authorities that Jatiya Yuva Computer Shaksharta Abhiyan (JYCSA) has updated the internal layout format of its academic Marksheets and Certificates to streamline data alignment with our online examination and verification portal.

Key Highlights of the Update:

Sequence Adjustment (Marksheet Table): To align with our digital examination entry portal and eliminate manual processing errors, newly issued marksheets display Practical Marks in the first column, followed by Theory Marks in the second column.

Policy for Previously Registered / Pending Enrolments: Students enrolled in earlier sessions or backdated academic batches who complete their evaluation now will receive marksheets and certificates printed in the currently active layout format, as per current printing standards and security protocols.

Validity of Previously Issued Documents: All marksheets and certificates issued prior to this layout update remain 100% valid, authentic, and legally recognized. Both format layouts (earlier Theory-first sequence and current Practical-first sequence) are official and valid documents of the trust.

Online Verification: Verification of student credentials continues to be fully active on our official website. Verifying agencies can authenticate student performance, overall percentage, and grades by searching registration details or scanning the QR code on the document.
